Central Michigan Rehab is proud to announce our newest location in Midland. Our clients count on the one-on-one treatment they have known for almost 20 years in the Mt. Pleasant area and now we are bringing that to Midland. We are excited to be providing manual-based physical therapy to the great community of Midland. We are scheduling in our new location at 2621 W. Wackerly Street. CMR is located close to US-10 and just west of Eastman Avenue.

Joey Liberati, PT, DPT will see clients in Midland while continuing to see clients in Mt. Pleasant. Dr. Joey has been a part of Central Michigan Rehab for 4 years and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association. He graduated from Marshall University in 2018 and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is well versed in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and has taken specialized courses through the McKenzie Institute to treat the spine. Dr. Joey is big on patient education, patient independence, and utilizes an approach focused on treating the patient as a whole. He has expertise in injury prevention, hands-on manual techniques, and exercise prescription to promote functional movement patterns and pain relief.

Central Michigan Rehab is an out-patient physical therapy clinic that offers unsurpassed care in the Mid-Michigan area. At CMR we work as a team to keep you with the same therapist every time to maintain consistency. We work with you to set your goals and guide you towards achieving them.

At your first visit, a Plan of Care is designed for you. The Plan of Care is also shared with your referring physician and is revised every 30 days. We incorporate therapeutic activities, physical modalities and exercises along with education to get you moving again.
