You have a choice to select which Physical therapy clinic you prefer. Even if your Physician has referred you to a specific Physical therapy practice, you can still bring the referral /prescription to us.

NO, in the state of Michigan a referral from a physician is not required. However, most insurance companies do need a physician referral at this time for reimbursements or claim submissions.

Most insurance companies do cover physical therapy, what they cover specifically varies greatly. We will bill your insurance company directly as a courtesy. We verify Insurances and give you detailed explanation of your insurance coverage on the first day. You may be responsible for deductible, "co-pay" or a certain percentage of the bill at the time of service. Please note that you are personally responsible for your care. If you have any financial concerns, please let us know.
